Being a “hand draw” artist, I guess this makes me something of a dinosaur! Let’s keep humans in the arts. And I don’t mean the human creating or using AI to steal our work!

Thunder Lizard inks
I did a drawing, “Thunder Lizard,” for an adventure panel comic. I liked the layout but, as happens sometimes, as I was finishing it I realized the physics of the tail swing were off.
So I did a redesign. Now the physics are correct and the blacks present a much more balanced drawing while giving this long-neck more weight. I also added more texture between the lights and shadows. All in all, a better composition.

So far, I have 5 separate strips (different titles/multiple strips), and a gag panel. And I’m working on one other. Lots of drawing to do!!
